When I started in this business over 15 years ago my intent was to serve my clients and listen carefully to their needs. That hasn't changed over the years and if anything, I have improved by focusing on what is really important to them. So one of my main goals is to really communicate and stay in touch while someone is going through the process of buying or selling. Although there have been so many improvements to accessing information about property or how to present a house to sell, there are now many more steps in getting everyone to the closing table. That is where I can help; by explainIng the process or negotiating so that everyone gets what they really want.  I am also on the Elmira-Corning Board of Realtors so I remain at the forefront of any changes taking place that might involve my clients, as well as the standards of practice every good agent must be aware of.

It has also been very exciting watching my own children, through referrals I've done for them, purchase and start on their own homeownership journey.
I love working with new buyers and taking on sellers who have had years in the same house and have to learn about this process. I also have relocation experience and do my best to make a new "neighbor" find the right home in this new place.
